The 1st Annual New Kent Bike Festival will be held on April 18, 2009 at the Colonial Downs Racetrack in New Kent, Virginia (VA) There will be a Bike Show, Kids Activities, Poker Run, Concert and much more.
8 am to 6 pm at Colonial Downs.
