June 18, 2011 is the date for the 3rd Annual Katelynn Stinnett National Memorial Ride for Child Abuse Awareness.

The registration will be at The Reef from 10am until 12:30
Main Event at Boneshakers in Virginia Beach.
All monies raised will benefit Prevent Child Abuse Hampton Roads a 501c3.

The 2nd Annual Bryant Family Memorial Ride – April 24th, 2010

The 2nd Annual Bryant Family Memorial Ride will be April 24th, 2010 at the Dillwyn Firehouse (Rt. 15) in Dillwyn, VA.

This ride is in honor of Clayton Bryant (my father) and his mother (Inez Moss), both of which died of a brain tumor.

Registration starts at 9, with the first bikes out at 9:45. Donations of $20/single and $25/doubles will be greatly appreciated.

Door prizes will be given out at the end of the ride and lunch will be provided after the ride.
There will also be a yard sale at the fire house in conjunction with the ride.
ALL donations go to the Bryant Family for the Buckingham Relay for Life.

Sergeant Mike Horton Memorial Ride – March 21, 2010

It’s with a great deal of sadness that we pass on to you the passing of Michael Lee Horton. Michael is the son of one of Newport News’s finest, Sergeant Mike Horton of the Newport News PD. Many of you know Mike senior as a friendly patron of RJ’s Restaurant and Sports Pub.

Rarely do we have the ability to give back to our public servants that risk so much on our behalf. Please join us on a memorial ride to help support Michael’s son Shane on March 21. The ride will depart RJ’s Restaurant and Sports Pub (12473 Jefferson Avenue) about 1 p.m., travel the Colonial Parkway and Rt. 199 to the Polo Club (1303 Jamestown Road) in Williamsburg, and back to RJ’s for entertainment and raffles. There is no entry fee. Donations from the heart will be accepted. Ride pace and grouping is up to each individual. Countdown to D-day Annual Memorial Ride and Poker Run
Saturday April 25, 2009 (Rain Date April 26)
Beginning at Berglund Bedford, 1425 Boxwood Terrace, Bedford, VA

WHERE: Bedford, Virginia. Motorcycles will ride approximately 100 miles to 3 different stops. The 1st stop will be Roanoke Harley Davidson in Roanoke VA., 2nd stop will be Midpoint Chevrolet/Pontiac in Rocky Mount VA., and the 3rd stop is at the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford then back to the starting point which is Berglund Bedford .

HAPPENINGS: Prizes for best hand and for worst hand along with door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Food venders will be on site as well as venders for insurance, motorcycle legal matters, motorcycle accessories, motorcycle dealers, t-shirt vender and more. Live entertainment begins at 2:00 pm and everything wraps up by 5:00 pm.
