They left Virginia Beach on Saturday, June 7 and reached California on June 20. Their wives, Cyndie Bishop and Terri Glenn, joined them in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for several days.

Bishop and Glenn have been friends for many years and ride on country roads in the area. One Sunday afternoon Glenn brought up the idea of riding from coast to coast and at first Bishop thought he was kidding, he wasn’t. And from that point on the dream started to take shape as the two started thinking about the route they would take across this great country and when to make the trip.
