The ABATE of VA State Rally and First Capitol Chapter Rodeo will be July 14, 15, and 16th at Jamestown Beach Campsites, Williamsburg, VA. (757-229-7609). Gates open at 5:00 pm Friday night, all events to be held on Saturday. Huge bike show, $1,000 in prizes, rodeo games all afternoon on Saturday. Open to the public - several different price packages, $5 discount to ABATE members, children under 12 free with legal guardian.
Both events are colocated this year at the Jamestown Campground. The First Capitol Chapter is hosting the State Rally in conjunction with their annual rodeo, and the event will be open to the public. There will be a separate camping area for ABATE members. Each chapter is encouraged to set up their own booth, where members can promote their chapter and upcoming events.
