Minnesota Motorcycle Riders Association
Description: In 1970 and 1971, a small group of Minnesota bikers got together with one thought in mind: to come up with a solution to repeal Minnesota’s ten-year-old mandatory adult helmet law. As past attempts had gone nowhere, a decision was made to create an organization representing all motorcyclists in Minnesota with a name that would be easily recognized and would support that idea. This was the birth of The Minnesota Motorcycle Riders Association!
