We are located at 2424 Castleton Commerce Way, Suite 1101 in Virginia Beach off of London Bridge Road. We offer custom powder coating for motorcycles, lawn furniture, metal bedroom furniture, Nerf bars, vehicle rims, valve covers, car and truck bumpers and a whole lot more. Being riders ourselves, we know how particular other riders are about their bikes and how they want their bikes to look. We take the extra time to make your parts look just right. We take pride in our work-so you can take pride in your bike. We donated our powder coating services for the Susan G. Komen bike that is being raffled off this summer(2010).
Come by the shop to see all the colors and textures that are available. Check out the metallics, flip-flops, neons, candies, and even glow in the dark colors. Some of the best things about powder coating parts that you already own is that you know that it will fit, you can choose any color you want and you won’t have any old parts laying around collecting dust and cluttering up your garage.
Call us anytime at 757-406-2922 and talk to Jim. We open at 10 am and are usually here until 8 pm or later Monday through Saturday or just give us a call and we can make other accommodations to fit your time schedule.
Visit J & J Powder Coating website for more information.

Received this note from the Quality Inn Skyline Drive and thought it was worth passing along.
Hello! My name is Tara and I am the Sales Manager at the Quality Inn in Front Royal, VA. We have received feedback from motorcycle groups that a shelter for bikes would be appreciated. We now have one in addition to the parking in front of the rooms. We are just 2 miles from the entrance to Skyline Drive. Groups are welcome. If you are interested in setting up a group, please don’t hesitate to call. The number is (540)635-3161.
If you own/work for a business that offers a specific service to bikers please let me know the details at email@example.com and I will gladly post the information.

There was thunder on the Norfolk Naval Station this morning as members of the Navy participated in a free motorcycle safety course.
Naval Stations are no stranger to the rumbling sound of a motorcycle engine.
Due to high gas prices, an unpredictable schedule, and a shortage of parking on base, more sailors are buying motorcycles now than ever before.
