Just this past Saturday Feb 7th, I had nothing on my calender due to weather conditions.

Though I’m sure we were all surprised that we had 60 degree weather and all day to enjoy riding and hanging out. Learned from some friends from the Ruff Ryder’s that there was a group of people that get together to ride on frequent occasions, I had never heard of this group but in our conversation that day about a group that supported there community,

I couldn’t wait to get home to do that google search. I was quite amazed to find out

that there is a group that call themselves B.U.B.B.A. Bull Island United Big Bikes Association.. I gotta say, I had made plans to meet up with them on the morning of the following day Sunday. As my wife was on her way to Church I had meet up with a few friends and we were on our way to Poquoson. Never heard of that either but come to find out they were all amazing folks, The Christian Bikers association were there and The Flaming Knights too.

Well they did have a pre ride selected but once called they put out the word fast to all meet up and then go show support for police officer, Kurt Beach. Who while on duty and attempting to save the life of a 9-month old baby. He unknowingly put his own life at risk while trying to give the baby with multiple illnesses mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. In 1995, he learned the baby had Hepatitis C. By that time, under Virginia law, it was too late for him to collect worker’s compensation.
